Marsha is retired from the department of surgery at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine where she was the founding Director of the Vascular Laboratory Section of the Penn State Vascular Institute. She is currently the CEO and International Director of Vascular Diagnostic Education Services and Vascular Resource Associates, Harrisburg, PA.
Marsha served as the president of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound, Vice President of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and member of the board of Governors of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. She was a founding member of the board of directors of the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories and is a fellow of the AIUM, SDMS, and SVU.
She has authored and co-authored over 70 book chapters and other publications in vascular technology and lectures extensively throughout the United States and internationally on the subject.
