Special discounted room rates are available at most of the listed properties when booked through us/using our links. Although there are a number of other hotels in the area, we have inspected these sites and can recommend them. Please book in advance for best availability and rates. Since we are located in a resort area, demand for rooms can be high during certain times of the year.

Nearby Hotels

There are a number of smaller independent downtown or beachfront hotel properties in the immediate area. While we do not have any discounted rates at any beachfront hotels, We do recommend hotels on St. Pete Beach (15 min drive). Recommended properties include: Tradewinds resorts, Sirata Beach Resort, and the Don Cesar (as higher end properties). Treasure Island and Madeira Beach also offer some great properties however, are a bit further drive. (20-30min from Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute)  

In addition to our safe, sparkling beaches, we are located within an easy drive to many of Central Florida's major attractions: Busch Gardens in Tampa is about a 35 minute drive; Walt Disney World®/MGM Studios, Universal Studios-Florida, and Sea World are just four traffic lights and ninety minutes away from us via easy interstate highway! Directions to our Learning Center

From Tampa or Tampa International Airport

1. Follow signs for I-275 South to St. Petersburg. You will go over the Howard Frankland Bridge, then continue about 17 miles to Exit 23A on the left toward Sundial/The Pier
2. After you get off at Exit 23A, I-375 E becomes 4th Ave N
3. Turn right onto 2nd St N, the Sundial Parking Garage will be on your left
4. Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute is located at 111 2nd Ave NE in the Plaza Tower on the 8th floor

From Sarasota or South Florida

1. If you are coming from the south over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, take I-275 North to Exit 23 for I-375 toward The Pier
2. After you get off at Exit 23A, I-375 E becomes 4th Ave N
3. Turn right onto 2nd St N, the Sundial Parking Garage will be on your left
4. Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute is located at 111 2nd Ave NE in the Plaza Tower on the 8th floor

Walking Directions from the Parking Garage

1. Follow walkway from garage towards Sundial Shopping plaza (AMC Theatres)
2. Turn right and walk down 2nd Ave N
3. Cross 1st St NE
4. On your left is Sab Cafe, turn left into the Plaza shops and into Plaza Tower
5. Take elevator to 8th floor
