Located on the beautiful gulf coast of Florida, Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute -- The Ultrasound Seminar and Ultrasound Registry Review Innovator -- is an established and trusted organization offering AMA PRA Cat. 1 continuing medical education seminar/seminars, ultrasound registry review preparation materials and self-directed study aid products for the diagnostic medical sonography profession. Since 1985, more than 25,000 sonographers, physicians and other medical professionals have attended our diagnostic courses on ultrasound training. On-going efforts are made in course research and development to identify the needs of the industry to provide innovative teaching methods for enhancing level of knowledge and professional growth.
Our hands-on CME ultrasound seminar/programs cover the following introductory and advanced modalities: OB GYN (2D, transabdominal, endovaginal), abdomen (abdominal sonography course) , adult echo/echocardiography (2D/M-Mode, 3D/4D, stress echo, contrast), fetal echocardiography, carotid, peripheral vascular, transcranial doppler ultrasound, vascular interpretation, vascular case studies review, musculoskeletal (MSK), ultrasound-guided regional anesthesiology, critical care ultrasound and emergency ultrasound (ACEP accredited).
In addition, we also offer registry exam preparation seminars and interactive webinars designed to prepare participants for the ARDMS and CCI registry boards, including the physician's RPVI exam and the new Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI) examination.
