Program registrations made or requested less than 30 days prior to a program starting date are non-refundable. A one-time transfer is allowed and restricted to the next program on the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute schedule. One-time transfers must be on the same topic as the original program and are only available to the individual originally registered.

In the event a program is re-scheduled or cancelled, pre-paid attendees will be given the choice of transferring to another program or having the tuition refunded in full. Gulfcoast Ultrasound is not responsible for any travel and/or lodging reimbursements. Prices, schedules, and CME credits subject to change without notice.

Products

With the exception of the titles listed below, educational products may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date, so long as the products are in resalable condition. By “resalable condition”, it is meant that the product has not been written on, earmarked or defaced in any way. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Replacement products will be provided for defective items within 15 days of purchase.

No exchanges or returns are accepted if product CME quizzes have been processed. No CME quizzes will be processed for products that have been exchanged or returned.

Regular refund policies do not apply to products not produced by Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute. Such products are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Processing/Shipping of Product Orders

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. All product ordered shipped via UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States prior to receiving payment. Purchase orders from outside the United States are not valid. Checks from international clients must clear prior to shipping order. Call us at (727)363-4500 for bank wire transfer details.

CME Quiz Terms

Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute, Inc. will honor CME Quiz submissions for credit during the published/produced life of the enduring material, plus twelve months beyond the date of product discontinuation.

No CME credit can be awarded for quiz answers submitted after the twelve month discontinuation “grace period.”

Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute, Inc. is not responsible for issuing discontinuation notices. Customers should refer to this website, current catalog, or call our administrative office to enquire about the CME status for any accredited enduring material that is utilized more that one year from the date of original purchase.
