Programs
A full registration refund will be given if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to a scheduled program. Registrations received 14-30 days prior to a program start date are non-refundable, and are limited to a one-time transfer restricted to the same person for the next identical program on the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute schedule. A $150.00 transfer fee plus any change in program tuition will apply. No refunds or transfers will be allowed less than 14 days to a program start date.
In the event a program or live webinar is re-scheduled or cancelled, pre-paid attendees will be given the choice of transferring to another program or having the tuition refunded in full. Gulfcoast Ultrasound is not responsible for any travel and/or lodging reimbursements. Prices, schedules, and CME credits subject to change without notice.
Live or On Demand Webinars are non-refundable after participants logs in to watch the webinar.
Products
With the exception of the titles listed below, educational products may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date (by individuals, not bookstores or distributors), so long as the products are in resalable condition. Product refunds are ultimately honored at the discretion of Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute. By “resalable condition”, it is meant that the product has not been written on, earmarked or defaced in any way. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of their content, the following CME products are non-refundable:
Replacement products will be provided for defective items within 15 days of purchase.
No exchanges or returns are accepted if product CME quizzes have been processed. No CME quizzes will be processed for products that have been exchanged or returned. Product returns for any reason (except product defects or errors): $25.00 restocking fee per item + shipping
Regular refund policies do not apply to products not produced by Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute. Such products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Sales are final for bookstores/distributors.
Processing/Shipping of Product Orders
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. All product ordered shipped via UPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Purchase Orders for Products
HOSPITAL/GOVERNMENT/EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS PURCHASE ORDERS for product purchases may be accepted after initial order has been pre-paid via credit card or company check. Contact us for details.
International Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to ship orders outside of the United States prior to receiving payment. Purchase orders from outside the United States are not valid. Checks from international clients must clear prior to shipping order. Call us at (727)363-4500 for bank wire transfer details.

Only original Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute product customer (or of an authorized reseller) can opt to take CME quizzes.
No CME credit can be awarded for quiz answers submitted after the discontinuation of the product.
Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute, Inc. is not responsible for issuing discontinuation notices. Customers should refer to this website, current catalog, or call our administrative office to enquire about the CME status for any accredited enduring material.
