Target Audience
The target audience for this tape are physicians, sonographers, and medical professionals at a beginning level of performing and/or interpreting venous duplex/color examinations. Physician participants may include (but are not limited to) radiologists, internal medicine, cardiologists, general/vascular surgeons, and emergency medicine physicians.

Lecture topics include: Indications and applications for performing a duplex/color examination of the mesenteric vessels; celiac, superior mesenteric, inferior mesenteric, and hepatic arteries; sonographic characteristics associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm, thrombus, and dissection; normal spectral Doppler characteristics associated with the abdominal aorta and mesenteric arteries; abnormal Doppler characteristics associated with celiac band syndrome and mesenteric ischemia; diagnostic criteria for evaluating mesenteric disease with duplex/color technology.

Requires extra $25.00 CME processing fee at time of quiz submission.
